In the remanufacturing process, we use non-destructive disassembly technology to maximize the retention of usable parts from old parts; high-precision cleaning equipment combined with professional cleaning processes thoroughly removes impurities from the surface of parts; and high-precision testing instruments are used to perform micron-level testing on each part to accurately judge the wear and tear. For worn or damaged parts, professional repair processes such as brush replacement, commutator grinding, and bearing replacement are used. After repair, the parts are rigorously tested, and their performance reaches or even exceeds new product standards, providing customers with high-cost-effective, high-quality products.
