Can you produce according to our design drawings or samples?
Supports custom design with provided drawings/samples. 3D drawings and trial samples are available for confirmation, with a cycle of approximately 4-6 weeks.
How to handle quality issues?
Provides a 12-month warranty. Quality issues can be replaced free of charge or refunded. A test report and product batch number are required.
How will the shipping cycle and logistics be arranged?
Spot products will be shipped within 7 days, and customized products will be shipped within 15-30 days. We offer sea freight (door-to-door), air freight, or international express delivery (DHL/UPS).
What payment methods are available? Do you accept Letters of Credit (L/C)?
Supports T/T (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C, PayPal (small orders). For the first order, we recommend using a letter of credit.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you accept sample orders?
The MOQ for standard products is 50 pieces, and sample orders (3-5 pieces, with discounts) are supported. The MOQ for customized products needs to be negotiated separately.
What automotive parts do you mainly produce? Do you have any products specifically supplied to certain vehicle models?
